Non-negotiable
On sexual services.
PRESENCIA does not offer, advertise, arrange, negotiate, price, facilitate, or receive compensation from sexual services.
Company bookings cover only professional time, hospitality, talent, planning, entertainment, and participation in the activities expressly described in the booking.
Sexual activity, nudity, intimate touching, and other sexual services are never required or included. Customers and talent may not use the company, its platform, its staff, or its bookings to solicit or negotiate sexual activity.
PRESENCIA does not control the lawful private relationships of adults outside company services. However, personal interest must never affect employment, compensation, membership, casting, future opportunities, or access to the platform. Consent is required at all times, and either person may decline personal contact without penalty or retaliation.
